OOTP Crashes - Can Reproduce at Will
Make a League
You control one team.
When you got give your staff contract extensions the game the coach will go to vacant and then the game crashes. Goes away.
I have learned to do a save before extending each coach.
I have made 3 leagues from scratch - 1871 - and can reproduce the problem....
