For batters go to player page then to tabs...
Batting Stats>"year"batting splits
The batting splits tab will have a "vs team" menu option.
The pitcher's will have the same under pitching splits.
The "game log" tab has the same vs. team menu option if you want to see a game by game breakdown.
This is only available for the current season and not career AFAIK.
