A fluke & you know it. You really expect a QB throwing less than 50% is a minor hurdle? They made it cause the entire AFC West was medicore to the nth power.
No. A great one might keep a poorly manned team competitive. But expect them to approach.500?
Who wants to watch the Raiders? I suffered enough having to watch the Panthers.

You seem to be of the opinion I think Antonio Pierce is good. Never once claimed that. I'm saying you cant give chef a bunch of veggies & get mad steak ain't on your plate. Who saw Minshew & O'Connel in the QB room & thought Vegas was playoff bound????????? We all knew it would end badly. It has nothing to do w/Pierce. I looked @ Saints & said no playoff. Had nothing to do with the coach. It had to do w/the roster. Said the same about Miami. Had nothing to do with the coach. Had to do w/a fragile QB. Titans. Colts. Shocked the Vikes made it w/Darnold. But that is a rare one.
Maybe not. Like I said, my statement had nothing to do with Pierce. I wouldn't expect any coach to turn those 2 into a playoff QB. Pierce may indeed stink. Not arguing that point. I withhold judgement on his coaching ability when his management doesn't stock the locker room.

The 2011 broncos are not the only team in history to make it to the playoffs
with a bad qb.
I didn't know what you think of AP.
I do know that you don't seem informed on AP's progress as a head coach and seem to think its more alack of talent.
If you haven't watched the Raiders games
then how do you know how AP is progressing as a head coach?
Its easy to say i knew that team will be good or bad after the season.
I could say i expected the Saints to be bad not because of the talent but because of Dennis Allen. He was terrible as a head coach for the Raiders
and Saints. The Raiders were surviving until that Surtain int return for a td.
The team never recovered and AP made bad decision after bad decision.
If the Raiders do poorly again do we blame it on the talent again?
How many losses do you need to see before holding the head coach responsible?
