The Guardians defeat the reigning AL Champs in three to set up a first ever post-season match up between Cleveland and Kansas City. Kansas City won the regular season series 7-6.

Cleveland (85-77) have former Royal Eric Rose hitting .259 for them this season and he is joined in the middle of the order by 4-time All-Star and reigning 1B Platinum Stick Gavin Grahovac. Their star, though, is SS Juan Jaramillo, a 30+ HR All Star.

Only one of their starting rotation had a regular season ERA below 4.00, 2034 first round pick Branden Duncan, an extreme groundballer who pitched 223 innings in the regular season. Their 2031 first round pick, Jesus Medina, is a closer for the team, with a league leading 44 saves in 69 appearances.
