I just started a new save, and on the first day I am trying to renew upcoming expiring contracts to lock in some of the young core of the team.

When I look at the Finances panel on my home screen, it appears that the computer feels these contracts are Free Agent contracts, which doesn't make a lot of sense as they are all currently under contract. Should these not all be extensions?
