Long term issue for many versions now

A player decides to waive their NTC but only to certain teams. ootp generates a list of those teams in the players Contract page. The list is usually very long - almost any team, really, except a few key ones. It goes off the viewable page in a normal 30-team league, let alone 40-team types.

make it scrollable. Or make it wrap. If the list more than half the teams in the league, flip it to say "any EXCEPT x, y, z"
