When I follow the appropriate links to submit a tech support ticket (

https://support.ootpdevelopments.com/portal/en/signin), but I don't see a link to create a new account. Where should I go to create the account?
Specifically, it looks like I bought a 15k card for 150k (carlos gomez BR), ruining weeks of work. I don't know how or why that happened, but I desperately need help rectifying the mistake. Thanks.
