Vault 81 has been a dominant tea in the age of parity, so I am thinking they will get over the hump to win it all. I also feel that both the Shroud and Bugs will falter, though I don't see Nat Wright-Kawolski picking against them in the semifinals.

Did not remember it happening so recently! Though in the CBO your fortunes can change quickly. Of course, a shrewd GM could also make a few moves to take an easier route to the postseason. Would like to see someone in the Minutemen League make a move this offseason
But until then, go Radscorpions! I really think they can pull off the first round win. I think this series will be determined based on the stars in the lineup, and I'd take theirs over the Swatters. Let's say Radscorpions in 3
