I'm trying to change the salary cap of a league created on July 1st in game during a custom game, however, it always adjusts to $20.9 million. I've adjusted the budget of the teams, but the league salary cap won't budget in the editor, meaning yearly contracts are way higher than I envisioned for a 4.3 'Major League.' Entry level contracts also won't go below $775,000 in the editor.

How do I get the salary cap down so I can use the random contract button, or am I stuck having to change them all manually?
