Coach & GM Ratings increasing on their own
I've noticed in the last 2 FHMs that your coach and GM ratings increase on their own year to year. For example, if my Negotiating Skill is at 10, and I play a season, when I get to June 30 it's now at 12 without putting any points into it.
I'm curious if there are any mechanics behind this? It seems completely random to me
