1984 olympics

At final round USSR have 3 wins but only 4 points. Czechoslovakia 1 win 1 draw but only 2 points. See photo

1988 olympics

At final round Win-draw-lost not match with points. Poland has one draw but 0 points. Switzerland and Finland same problem. See photo.

1994 World Junior Championship

Finland is missing. Japan is incorrectly there.
