Putting aside the conversation of whether or not tariffs will be enacted as promised, the WTO has had a long-standing moratorium with regard to tariffs on digital goods. Until or unless that moratorium expires in the future, the likelihood of tariffs being applied to OOTP or other digital software is near zero.
