I'll be back and forth as I slowly try to come to grips with it.
From what I gather, this is more simulator than a game?
As in, you select the inputs prefight, re fighters, trainer, cutman, fight rules, location and each fighters fight preparedness, and strategy and then just let em at it and watch on with no ability to change or alter the actual fight once it's on.
Forgive me if I've oversimplified, and am more than happy to be corrected.
