I'm curious to know what happens under B if you uncheck the 'teams disappear when they did
historically' button. Do Hamilton then remain Montreal's AHL affiliate forever, or
do they eventually just become an independent AHL team forever? I don't think there's
currently anyway to reconnect them to another NHL team (which would be useful).

Edit: You could also uncheck 'teams appear when they did historically' , so Laval would never
show up in that case.
