That being said, folks, this game is what it is. The development team are what they are. If they wanted to be more costumer friendly, they would. They have actively chosen not to improve their marketing or bring in somebody who's more experienced in costumer service for 10 years now, it's not going to change. (Everybody has their strengths and their weaknesses, this honestly isn't meant to be a knock on anybody, but the person who most frequently comments on this board as a representative of the game is clearly not trained to be in a costumer facing role and it shows.)
My point is that complaining about it isn't going to change anything. The aforementioned person has literally told us that complaining about something "...may end up having the opposite effect" of what we want. (Yes, there's a non-zero chance that they are literally delaying the game further specifically to spite people complaining about it not coming out, if you take his words at face value. I wish I could've seen Markus's face when he read that.)
It's your life, do what you want, but you'll probably be a lot happier if you just forget about the game and do something else with your time. There's a reason I only post here a few times a year while I'm a regular on forums for other games. (If you're wondering if those games have more friendly and engaging developers...yes, yes they do) If the game coming out late and/or the way the game is marketed turns you off to the point that you don't want to buy it now, maybe come back around the holidays or the all-star break and see if there's a discount, or look for a OTTP 26 + FHM 11 bundle when that comes out if you play both.

While we appreciate the excitement for our game, our forums are also only a part of our community. Just because we're not always responding doesn't mean we're not listening or watching.
As for Markus, well, I have no idea what he thought because you took my comments completely out of context. We have a "Master list" of ideas, plans, etc for what we want FHM to be and what I said was sometimes that list and order change- and voices can move things up or down. I would also point out FHM is not owned by Markus, nor does he have a lot to do with the game. We are a separate and independent company.
If you think that I'm the one who's doing everything independently and coming up with dates, you would also be mistaken.
We're excited to share it with those who are excited for it.
