In OOPT GO 24 I could select MLB / League Rules & Settings, then select a different league from the dropdown at the top of the screen. I do not see this in OOTP GO 25. Will this be added back in a future patch?

I like to go in and change start dates, schedules, experience/age limits, make the DSL have a limit on foreign players, etc. I also go in and change A to short season A and A+ to A so the AI will differentiate A from A+ in terms of the level of play.
