Pretty darn sure. My current Random is set for 1901-2022. RAH on and Matt Olson just retired at age 28 (in OOTP Random his age is 1 year different than what his real stats shows). In my test league Ronald Acuna retired at age 24.
When I tested last May, same results with Aaron Judge using 1901-2022.
