Then I see later... he said this kinda mixed in. So, makes for a very confusing post. First stating he tried what he is asking but then stating that is actually with only RATH.

But I think I am right, that when using both that it is probably best to also have historical transaction on? Am I not correct?
And thinking about it, if import & maintain real minor leagues is not on, that might also make for a lack of players? I know some people do like to turn that off and that can really mess up your league with lack of players.
