Because he did. The cop didn't overreact or lose it for no reason what so ever. He did it because Hill was a complete jackass. That doesn't excuse the cop. But it is ultimately why Hill got treated like a dog. He brought it upon himself.
Mess with the bull, get the horns. That doesn't mean the bull was in the right. It just means you asked for it. I'm not a violent person. I have a very long fuse. Very thick skin. I take a different approach. Like I said before. If I was the cop, I let him sit in that car until he contacts me. Once he gets out of the car, put him in cuffs and arrest him for reckless driving. Without all of the drama of slamming the guy to the ground. No reason for that.
