Because it goes back to what a Supreme Court justice said about labeling something obscene. He may not be able to define it, but he knows it when he sees it. You know good and well the law makes no allowances for the behavior of those policemen nor has society wished for them to behave that way.
So why would anyone post that Hill "did it to himself"?
