I was aware of this response, but it was an acknowledgement of the problem - not much more. It would have been nice if a bit more descriptive; Server issue, or even "it's a bit complex and will take a while to sort out". I know we're not privy to details, but some ongoing communication that describes an issue that requires some time would go a long way in avoiding some of the posts that assume they're not interested in the forums any longer.
I've been a customer for 20+ years, like many of you, and feel a bit slighted that new ownership just sees me as two twenty dollar bills. We use to be family (almost) and it's difficult to accept we're now just 40% of a Benjamin.
