My plan was to create the new Western USA and cut all of the western states/cities out from the current USA, moving them into the new USA, so everything would still exist as is..
Then I realized all the real players are likely linked to nation id regardless of where they are from, so this may end up doing nothing to help. lol. And as per Khephren, it seems he has done this already without success.
May need to think of a new plan.
