PT: Fixed card shop my orders not updating correctly

That's what it says in the patch notes. But before I patched everything was updating correctly. Now, when I place a buy order, the asterisk shows up, but the price never updates. When I place a sell order, the asterisk shows up, the price MAY update, but not always. To see my orders properly displayed I have to reload the card shop.

Furthermore, if I fill a buy order from my card orders page, my PP balance does not update. Nor does my PP balance update if I change the price of a buy order or cancel the buy order. To get a refresh on my PP balance I have to go back to the start screen.
