So you are saying, if it is at 100, there will be more, but way smaller, TCR changes going on so players are going to be bouncing around up and down all the time or? Does this mean people are going to need to adjust TCR for their leagues? Or how is this going to effect online leagues and offline sims? Cause I dont want someone one month developing and then the next month losing all them small upgrades because there are more TCR hits going on. OR is it balanced with the TCR setting that, so you might get "some" at 100. I mean, as a player we have no idea what is a TCR bonus or hit compared to just normal development, even though a ton of people always think when a player develops it's because TCR because there is no indication of when something is TCR or just plain old development, then on top of that how is this going to effect scouts? Are you going to have to keep running scouts constantly on our players?
