I start 20% at beginning, 20% at pre-prime, 40% at post-prime, and 40% at end. That way you get fewer fighters that develop into stars and quite a few that never really develop at all, which is realistic.

I do have them broken out sort of similar, but I didnt include End in my batch. Thanks for the suggestions!
