It would be nice if the columns changed in a few places. First, if the column name is too long, like organization(short), I'd like to see it abbreviated like ORG. It's pretty inconvenient when I want short names but the title increases the width.
Some columns have right-aligned text, like age, and it would be nice to see those left-aligned like most columns. Consistent alignment would look better.
