I am having a very similar problem as described above. I created a historical league without facegen but still seeing a couple players with facegens. I followed the instructions above and was able to delete them but they keep coming back, in the game and in my file after restarting. I tried both options at the bottom of the settings page after deleting as well as restarting my desktop. Not sure whats going on, any help would be greatly appreciated.
