I've read the OOTP 24 manual as it pertains to importing individual historical players but I have 3 questions that the manual doesn't touch on.

When importing historical players do you get to pick the age they import as? In my current save I'm prepping to begin I have leagues operating in 8 states and I would like to import historical players from those states into the leagues in the states they went to high school in, and in years they were drafted. So, for instance,I would import Curt Schilling into the Arizona league prior to the draft in 1986.
I just looked at the OOTP 24 manual again and I see it says imported players will go into the FA pool of the league their imported into but that can be changed to the draft pool, right?
Once a player is imported into a league, if it's a fictional league they will develop the same as any other AI generated player, correct? Historical injuries, missed time due to IRL things like wars. won't effect them, right?
