It's best to unlicense the game on the old laptop if you do not intend to use it. You can have the game licensed on two computers. Copy the whole folder to an external or thumb drive as OutS|der said.
Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 25\data\saved_games
Make sure the new PC has all of the necessary files. If you used custom ballparks you need to copy those also.
