You need to go to the Steam Workshop of the game and subscribe to the stadiums mod there. Once you subscribe to the mod it will download but then you need to open OOTP 25 and go to Workshop Central at the bottom of the main menu and install the mod from there.
The mod has all of the historical ballparks since 1901 and they will automatically load when you create a game.
