Looked into this, and noticed
starting goalies,
Win/
Loss info is not exported in the
boxscore_goalie_summary.csv.
However it can be deduced by looking at the goalies TOI and seeing if the opposing team scored at that time because that's typically when a goalie would be pulled (an injury would be another possibility).
So upon first inspection of your example, it would appear that both
Dan Cloutier and
Curtis Sanford were the starting goalies (based initially on their very low SV% and very high GAA)
To confirm that, I would have the converter check that
VAN scored at
19:55 of the 1st period, and
CBJ scored at
6:51 of the 3rd period (however, goalies being pulled for an extra attacker on a delayed penalty, would throw this reasoning off, as their TOI will no longer match the time of an opposing team's goal)
