We don't need to know how much winning games would outweigh crappy personalities from a team morale standpoint. We don't need equations and graphs or a math textbook. Frankly, i would not want to know those things since it takes the fun out of it. But at least now I know that having a bunch of jerks on the roster might not be the best idea.
