Tovar added on in the 4th with a 2 run shot, but the Padres were able to tie the game thanks to Kim's 3 run homer in the 6th, where they remained deadlocked until Tovar's second home run of the game in the 8th inning off close Yuki Matsui broke the tie, sending the Padres home in a sweep
