The obvious glitch I see is that a catcher throwing to second base seems almost to throw the ball straight up. When the focus shifts from the pitch to the base, the throw is normal, but the initial throw took a little getting used to.
Also, there are some minor graphical glitches--the ball seems to be off to the side of the fielder a bit more than it should be, for example.
And finally, a problem of both OOTP 24 and 25--players thrown out are usually obvious--by about 30 feet. Also, errors are predictable because fielders will move unusually quickly prior to them happening. The way a fielder dives for a ball, for example, tells me that the throw will be wide. It would be nice if things looked a little more natural.
