"I am incredibly proud of this team. Every single player contributed to this victory, and it's a testament to our hard work, dedication, and teamwork throughout the season. Tyler Seguin, Dustin Brown, and Anze Kopitar have been outstanding leaders both on and off the ice. Their skill, determination, and leadership have been crucial to our success. We couldn't have done it without them. To be able to win the Cup alone is an incredible feat that lots have never achieved is one thing. But, to now say that a lot of this group has one two, let alone back to back, is something truly special.
Our success is also a result of the incredible support from our coaching staff, medical team, and everyone behind the scenes. And of course, our amazing fans who have been with us every step of the way.
For me, as a coach, seeing this team come together and achieve greatness is incredibly rewarding. I'm honored to be part of this journey and excited for what lies ahead."
