In an online league I run, a GM had a player receive an outstanding result on improve defense at right field. The email result showed an improvement to range and error, but outfield arm improved by -10. This player had a 90 rated arm (20-80 ratings with show over max on, and 238 in the editor. After the training he was now an 80 rated arm and 200 on the scale. This seems like a bug treating 200 as the cap. I attached a screenshot of the email.
