Historical Managers
I would like to begin to introduce great managers into the WBL. Does anyone know of resources or anyone who has done legwork into how to reflect, say Earl Weaver's _platoons, walks, and 3 run homers_ approach or Connie Mack's or Sparky Anderson's style, etc. in OOTP?
Clearly, part of what makes a manager great is adjusting to their talent and their times, but it would be nice to see them manage in ways that reflect historical behavior.
I would probably set their potential very high and then give them a job at AA as a 25 year old and see if the game recognized/developed them ...
