I use Site Flip . The only downside is you have to pay for a year and there are no refunds. You can get a years service of 500mb disk space and 5 GB transfer for $23.40. That breaks down to $1.95 a month. They have a really nice contraol panel and any features you would need. I have been using since September without any complaints yet. If your a penny pincher like me they are worth a look.
