I did something like this in one of the online leagues I run. I basically used google to find the breakdown of nationalities and plugged them in. It's not perfect but it worked for us. I think if you're worried about those nations being under rep'd, it might be better to leave discoveries and IAFA on. Since the majority of your drafts will still be USA players. Last time I plugged in the numbers, the MLB is about 70% American players
