33-year old Rick Rhoden was available via trade with 1 year left on his deal. He is an innings eater and of course, he can hit in a pinch. In fact, the Rangers used him as a DH multiple times. We dealt a middling prospect for him, and he will slot in the 3 or 4 spot in the rotation.
