Runner on 2nd, batter hits to RF, RF throws it to cut off man at 2B. Meanwhile Batter rounds first goes to second, and the cutoff man just stands there while the batter runs past him!!!! Then cutoff man throws home for the runner which wasn't even close. WTF is he not tagging out the runner or throwing to 2b!?????????????? WHAT IS THAT!????? CUTOFF MEN NEED TO STOP THROWING HOME AND THROW TO OTHER BASES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise there's no point in the cutoff man! FIX THIS PLEASE!!!
