Regarding the points, this might be because you have an outdated file on your device even though you are up to date in versions. If possible and easy to do, I would recommend reinstalling the app to refresh that data. Although if you have saved franchise games, those would be lost. So instead, you could try to go to the PT settings and clear the caches, and then reload the game. If that doesnt help let me know and I can check with our PT guys
