OOTP 25 is definitely the hardest version I've ever played. For the first time ever, I was fired from my job and I even made the playoffs in my last season. My goals always revolve around attendance and bringing internal players to the big leagues and I can't get attendance to go up and draft picks and signees are not panning out. It's certainly more "real" than previous versions but not nearly as much fun.
