I think either GM/Head coach salaries need to be increased or other staff salaries need to be decreased.

My salary here (NCAA) is $30,000 but assistant coaches are are on over $200,000. Other staff roles also have increased wage.

I don't know what NCAA salaries should be but I assume the issue is the other staff's salaries are far too high and need to be lowered to be in line with the GM/Head coach's.
