Like I said, it's a guess that that's what caused it but I'm not sure what else would pull that info into the game.
Do players from different eras show any variance in the data it pulled? Like does an 1884 player look any different than a 1980 player? When did the sim start? Players from all eras eligible to appear?

I imported all history up to 1902 and had the first random draft in December 1902. Then the sim started in1903. If that makes sense. It seems to affect all players.
