How about some basic information on what you are trying to achieve?
Are you wanting to play 1 year only or multi year career mode?
If multi year do you want “older” players in the annual draft each year or do you want them to come in at their debut age?

If the latter “multi year” with players after the inaugural season coming in at the debut age but you only want the better players. Then do as others suggest-Random League- but under rules tab set rookie draft to about 8 rounds BUT import about 25 rounds of available players. (On right side of rules tab near bottom are settings for both in game.). In 3 or 4 years you will have close to all star level teams playing each other. You can adjust how strong or weak the teams/players in your league are by adjusting the number of rounds (players) you import.

People are trying to help but you come across sounding like you want instant easy gratification. Sorry if I took it wrong. Diving into something complex is not a good way to learn OOTP. I don’t understand how you have been on the forum/OOTP for 10 years but don’t know what WAR or Baseball Reference are?
