The all-star was named MVP for the annual mid-season showcase held at South End Grounds, as his AL All-Stars downed the NL All-Stars by a count of 5-3.
"It's humbling to even play in a game like this with legends of the sport all around you," he said.
Donlin went 3 for 4 to capture the honor.
