Apologies if I'm overlooking an obvious answer/reason here. Working on a new-ish (2027) save in Challenge Mode. Trying to improve my player development any way I can.

I was looking at player/coach relationships for my FCL team. On the Manager's profile under my Personnel page, it shows he has a good relationship with players, and an Excellent relationship with pitcher Marcos Paz.

Similarly, on the Team Chemistry page, it shows the Manager has a good relationship with Paz.

However, on the Development page in Paz's profile, under "Team Coaches," it shows a poor relationship with that same manager.

Is there something I'm overlooking here? Like, maybe the manager likes the player but the player doesn't like the manager and I need to be wary of that? Is it just a bug? Does it even matter in the overall player development scheme?
