Frederick Louis, Prince of Wales, The Prince who played baseball in the 1700s?
Supposedly, he played "earliest recorded baseball game" on September 19, 1749. This game was likely different from the game that Alexander Cartwright drew up the rules for, but the Prince is mentioned in many baseball history books as having significance in the origins of the game.
