In testing a second league, I tried putting the Rule 5 Draft on January 31st; like with the first league, it defaulted back to a December date. Screenshots for that would look a lot like the two I attached earlier, including the 2024 draft setting having 2025 listed.

In past OOTP releases, I remember that, if you tried creating a new league with a January Rule 5 Draft, a pop-up told you that you couldn't do so. There's not a pop-up anymore, but I'm still unable to put it in January upon creation.

Again, if I need to provide more information, I have no problem with doing so...if anything, this is an easy issue to reproduce.
